Add buffer to O365 meeting times.
in O365, is it possible to add a 15 minute buffer that would prevent a room from being booked after a meeting? We would prefer not to increment the meeting up in order to keep the attendees time free while the room is being cleaned/setup etc.

hi Bembi, its more for setup and breakdown of equipment etc. Setting up and blocking time was a suggestion, but it would be virtually impossible to do as the scheduling is not in set increments.

I remember some advices in every room to leave the room like they enter it.
What is about to book maintenance windows at defined times? You can setup recuring meetings, so room1 from 12:00-12:15 and 16:00-16:15, room 2 12:15 - 12:30 and 16:15 to 16:30 etc.
This way you can send the maintenance staff through all rooms.
