I have a user who has Outlook 2019 on their computer. They are an IMAP downloading e-mail from the website. They have been connected to this account for a number of years and have had no issues. As of yesterday morning they are no longer receiving e-mails. They can send e-mails but when Send/Receive is run, both sending and receiving say they completed successfully except that there are no new e-mails. When they sign into their webmail for this account there are many new e-mails. Any ideas?
