How to setup CUPs Print server on Linux server?

This is using SuSE Linux SLES 12 with SP5. We want to setup a new CUPS print server in order to replace the current old server. How to set this print server?

Thanks in advance.

As @kenfcamp stated, setting CUPS is just a matter of struggling through the docs.

Nothing special about SUSE in this regard, as CUPS has been around since the first UNIX/Linux years.

Just start through the docs + if you hit problems state what you've done + any problems encountered.

Start with linux, then install CUPS (you may need cups-browsed)
For some printer you may need support tools/drivers  like hplip for HP printers, and similar packages for Epson etc.
