2 factor authentication

right now we have o365 with 2fa enabled.  can we extend that to our on premise vpn logins or is there an alternate solution for that even though we are synching our on prem ad with azure..?

i am used to deploying a radius server like duo which communicates with the cloud and ad in order to secure remote connectivity logins.  does microsoft offer a similar solution?

What is your current 2FA provider?
Azure MFA does allow you to extend to on-prem for anything that can use RADIUS.

Which 2FA for M365?
For on premise highly privilege accounts, you can use PAM and along with PAM you can use Azure MFA. Refer below URL for more information:-
