How combine email fields

I have a continuous form inside a main form.  The continuous form displays one or more email addresses.  In the footer of the Main Form I want to combine the email addresses and separate them with a semi-colon and a space.  For example if the continuous form displayed two records that contain somebody@somewhere.com and somebodyelse@somewhere.com, then the footer would display somebody@somewhere.com;  somebodyelse@somewhere.com.

How can this be done?
