Visual Studio 2019 successful load old web VB project avoiding "The application for the project is not installed."
Using Visual Studio 2019, I needed to access old .NET web VB code. After running its solution file (*.sln), Visual Studio did not load any project.
Instead, an error occurred and this was the output on Visual Studio 2019: "... OldVBProj.vbproj : error : The application for the project is not installed."
