I had a Win10 &nbsp;Lenovo laptop, with all of the Lenovo partitions that I converted to Unbuntu 20.04. When prompted, I didn’t select to fully wipe and use entire HD.<br />

I was a little surprised to see it did a FAT32 partition instead of Ext4.<br />
<br />

So my question it, is it worthwhile to redo install and specify Ext4? &nbsp;Is there any benefit?<br />
<br />
the reinstall and even the recovery of my stuff is so easy to do, just wondering if I should redo to get any benefits from Ext4 partition, if any.<br />
<br />
I don’t need drive encryption or storage of large files, which is some of the limitations of FAT32. just wondering if it’s worthwhile to redo and use Ext4 instead of FAT32.<br />
