certification for windows

Wanting to get more familiarized with the the windows 10 OS so I thought I would get certified.  I see that there are 2 tests Microsoft offers for this:  MD-100 and MD-101.  The question I have is are there any FREE resources that EE can recommend instead of using sites like udemy or quickstart that offer paid courses to prepare you for the tests?

If you want to take the test but not the paid course then you should study using guides like the following.
