Windows Tablet versus iPad, for a Mac User?

What might a Mac User (like me) lose when jumping ship to Windows, to get a lower priced tablet PC?

Already, I worry about Finder, which I love on the Mac. I consider Finder a game changer, actually.

What other things can I now do on a  Windows tablet?

How about file transfers? Is there any risk of files from a Mac causing problems on Windows? Or, vice versa?
