The pseudo-code would look something like this: 
 
Read input text file 
Loop through all lines that were read 
If current line in the loop contains &quot;test&quot;, write the line to the output file 
Otherwise, continue looking at the lines until done 
 
You may use any programming/scripting language that you prefer. Here's code in the <a href="https://autohotkey.com/" rel="ugc">AutoHotkey language</a> (without any error checking...good coding practice would have error checks on all I/O operations):
