Outlook continually prompting for password

We have exchange 2019 on prim and running Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise Outlook.  
We are continually getting the prompt for password in Outlook.  If we close the password prompt out without inputting your password and then click on the need password in the right hand corner toolbar of Outlook it reconnects to the exchange server.  It continues to prompt for password every so often.  If anyone has had this issue can you please let me know what you have done to resolve the issue.

You can try clearing cached credentials as per this guide: https://networking.grok.lsu.edu/article.aspx?articleid=19650

remove any that have the username of the outlook account and restart outlook.
