is an counter is counting how many times an number repeat in the column F
Why is G1015 = 38?because the number 000000000000 in column F repeat 38 times
you can see the formula in column G ( the counter )

in column K need to see the WEEK TOP NUMBER from BYPLAY sheet
in ByPLAY each day is shows vertically but in FKEYS sheet colulmn K need see each day AM/PM horizontally
