Best option maybe to first save the file as xls(x) and than you can either create a new SharePoint list from Excel or you can - as Andrew said - coyp and paste, if the view you are using have the sdame format than the excel sheet. <br><br>There are some additional optiones but these are the simplest ones...

Are you getting the CSV file from an export from a reporting system or program, it might be better to get it to export as an excel (xlsx) file with a table in it, or as above you could do this manually and save it as this file type.<br><br>You can also then use this first export or manually updated file to import and create a SharePoint list. In the Data Tab of excel.<br><br>After that, if you want to regularly want to update the SharePoint list you can use Power Automate to keep your csv/excel file and SharePoint list in sync. With either appending the changes or deleting the list and replacing with what is in the excel. I can share this solution if you are interested in this path.
