iPad charging from battery pack (with USB 2.0 connector)

I have a current iPad and hope to charge it on the fly, from a battery pack. But that batter pack has female USB 2.0 slots. I need a cable and converter that allows me to plug both devices, while supporting both technologies.

What is the correct one?

My iPad expects this...
