It looks like you manually added the formulas in column L on the FKEYS sheet. That won't work because when you do a Replace all the cells are cleared.

what is your recommendation to improve??

Which worksheet in that workbook are you referring to?

we did ByPlay   select TK   select  LK  buttons

In the BYPLAY sheet when you click Select TK you see something like this which shows the week and the key side by side.
That works because there is a one to one relationship between the week and the key. In the FKEYS sheet there are up to 10 (horizontal)  keys in each week so what do you want to see in the userform?

I know we've done that before, but why do you want to be able to write in values (which given the length of the keys is error-prone) when you can just select as many as you want?

The attached workbook is a test of the new userform so please click the 'Select TK' button on worksheet FKEYS. In the userform there are several things you can do:

• Select one or more keys from the listbox and then click the 'OK' button. Currently when you do that all that will happen is that you will see a test message.
• Enter one partial key in the text box. If 'Match first digits' is selected then all the keys that begin with the key you entered will appear in the listbox and you can select one or more of them. If 'Match digits' is selected then all the keys that contain the key you entered will appear in the listbox and you can select one or more of them.
• If you click the 'Clear Search' button the complete list will appear.

And with the new sort you don't necessarily have to enter anything in the textbox, just scroll down the list until you see 44444444444, select it and click OK.
