I have spent more time trying to reach Microsoft support than troubleshooting the problem. I hate paying their prices, but it is finding the right avenue to even talk to them that is the issue. I keep going to support.microsoft.com/oas
and go through the entire process, then I get to a place where it says I need to provide a subscription or contract. Which I don't have. I have a Visa card. But, once you don't have either, you are screwed. So I called them, went through a long phone tree which then said, "Go to support.microsoft.com/oas
All I want is a support tech on the phone to fix the problem. I am a Microsoft Partner, but my problem is so stupid I can't even tell them that.
