Remote Access* RDP server

Hi experts,

I gave up on trying to renew the Microsoft-issued certificate for Anywhere Access. Frankly, EE gave great suggestions, but I couldn't get them to work, and although I am find paying the $500 to $1000 support incident through Microsoft, it's impossible to find a phone number the works. My experience with Microsoft support is once they are working on the machine, they fix it.

But, Anywhere Access is via Essentails, and I should be able to RDP directly to the RDS server by making minor changes in the pfSense router. I suppose it is easier but given the YouTube video is aimed at IT techs, I couldn't quite follow it. Currently, I and my users are unable to remote via Anywhere Access, because the GoDaddy cert has expired (with no email warnings). It is also my understanding that Microsoft provides the cert free for Anywhere Access but uses GoDaddy as an intermediary. I have tried to configure, update, set up and every other way to force Microsoft to issue a new cert, but I can't.
There is this where the IT specialist is explaining the technique. I suppose I don't expect any EE expert to listen to it. It is not that one doesn't already know how to do it, I am just using that video to try to set it up.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
