Teams Voice auto attendant - multiple options instead of call queue under a dial key
Hello,
I'm setting up my first auto attendant of many to come.
When setting up the auto attendant for our company I have, for example:
Press one for sales
Press two for accounting
Press three for support
When a caller presses "one for sales" I can only direct to a call queue, a single person, external number etc...
I'd like to have multiple selections under one dial key.
How can I have, When a caller presses "one for sales" I can then say, for example:
"For Bob in sales press 1, for Frank in sales press 2, for Sally in sales press 3" ?
I hope that's clear enough to get some ideas on how to accomplish this.
*Would I have to create a whole new auto attendant just for sales?
