FortiAuthenticator captive portal

Hello,

I am trying to create a Guest SSID with a captive portal
I am using Cisco WLC and Fortigate firewall and FortiAuthenticator
what are the steps I should follow ?

Where do you want to run the captive portal? At the WLC or at the Fortigate?

thanks in Forti authenticator when creating the  portal it is asking for the access points should I put the IPs of the Cisco WLCs ?
