Are you able to create a new local admin account, log into it & see if you can uninstall it?

Yes thats a good idea I was thinking the same ...
User is a Domain Admin user ...
I would do that if sitting in front of the PC but its on remote ...
Will need the users help to do it ... But its the next step

You can log in by Domain admin account to the PC remotely, create the local admin account, log off domain admin and then back in by local admin - if you use TeamViewer you can do all these remotely without needing the user's help.
If this doesn't help, the AutoDesk uninstall app might be corrupted- so you might need to use IOBitUninstaller software, it might let you uninstall it and then scan registry (powerful scan) to delete the registry keys for it:

If this doesn't help, the AutoDesk uninstall app might be corrupted- so you might need to use IOBitUninstaller software, it might let you uninstall it and then scan registry (powerful scan) to delete the registry keys for it:

I will have to log out of one use and into the other ...

Can you ask Team Viewer to try hold the connection between user swaps? .... I think its default to try its best.

Yes TeamViewer keep the connection whilst you switch users.

I'd be willing to bet money that Revo Uninstaller will be able to remove the app for you. I just helped another user with a similar question about an Adobe product and it worked for him, where even the official Adobe supplied uninstaller and cleaning tool failed to do the job. Link is here and there is a 30day trial available for the Pro version if you want to try that.

It was McAfee
I temp disabled ATP etc
This worked for uninstalling this AP and also installing that windows update with same error .......
