While I do have access to everything via various tools, powershell, remote access, some basic tools available via the eset cloud control ultimately i'd like to consolidate everything to one tool that can cover most things. Would you mind if I asked which RMM you went with?&nbsp;

I've not made any decisions on what to do. I've been back and forth on going to a RMM at all. This particular client is not cloud based, actually hardly at all. One AD only but WFH has become permanent for about 1/2 the company and &nbsp;satellite offices in 3 different cities. I have some great info and feedback from all of you that I'll need to review. I appreciate everyone's input.

Seems like all of these options have had some serious issues as far as being hacked at some point. Or malware embedded. Any one have a recommendation? This is a financial institution that deals with PI so security is everything. I also question what kind of information do these companies collect on their clients. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
