Excel produce dynamic list skipping blanks
Hi Experts
In Excel need to be able to dynamically produce a list of users skipping blanks using a formula (something like a TEXTJOIN, but not all in one cell). I'm not sure if this makes a difference to the solution, but ...
I have attached a simple example with Column A being the data & Column C being the end result.

- The data from which to produce the list is created by a complex IF formula & hence the blanks in the data.
- The list doesn't need any form of sorting
