How to display Gantt Chart diagram to the screen bottom in MS project 2019?

I want to show the Gantt chart diagram to the screen bottom to see the complete picture of the graph in a larger size. However, if I use the split view with the Gantt Chart, the upper view will also be resized when I resize the column size of the bottom view.
Appreciate any advice
