Not quite sure which kind of report you create out of SharePoint List...<br>I would in general just use views to create them. <br>But any tool which is capable to use the SharePoint Web Services / OData may be an option.<br>Power BI as Cliff said is one of them.&nbsp;

I would in general just use views to create them.
But any tool which is capable to use the SharePoint Web Services / OData may be an option.
Power BI as Cliff said is one of them. 

SSRS for O365 SharePoint?

Microsoft Sharepoint is a software platform and family of software products used for collaboration and web publishing combined. SharePoint has a Microsoft Office-like interface, and it is closely integrated with the Office suite.

Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month. Microsoft 365

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a server-based report generation software system from Microsoft. It can prepare and deliver a variety of interactive and printed reports and is administered via a web interface or its web service. Its web services interface also supports the development of custom reporting applications. Finally, SSRS can also be integrated with SharePoint. SSRS competes with other business intelligence tools, most prominently Crystal Reports.
