Hi Advait,<br><br>I am sorry you feel this way. I think EE experts try their best to respond but sometimes few questions get slipped past(either due to niche topic area or simply due to the volume). If so, were you able to observe the response comments as expected? Hello Chinmay,<br><br>Nice to connect back to you. I have built this approval which moves step by step in a linear manner. Yes if we Reject the approval, it enters into the No branch because " update item post Line Manager approval" does happen. So it is entering the No branch for sure. The email which then gets triggered has data that is for the YES approval. So when I search for the Responses in the No branch in the dynamic content, I am unable to find the Responses After Line Manager Rejection section. I can see all others like post Line Manager Approval, etc. <br><br>The flow other than this comment collection steps is working fine. Our users had a long time request that they should be able to see the comments their managers add when they approve or reject the purchase requisition. So I included the Select option. This works fine if the outcome is Approve. But if it's rejected it send out emails that contain details of the approved one. <br><br>Let me know if you need any more info.<br><br>Thanks<br>Advait.<br><br>Btw, I fully respect the fact that you all are volunteers and respect the work-life balance since I am myself working in a Multinational which has work-life balance as its key aspect. :)<br><br><br><br>

Please refer to the attached picture. I have a flow wherein I am trying to capture comments given by approvers. This is working perfectly when the condition for approval is YES. But when there is a Rejection and the outcome is NO then this does not work.
