This is a shot of what I get when I right click using the online version of Visio using a Mac...<br><br>It might be under "Shape Sheet" in your version?<br><br>You might also try clicking Home, then Change Shape (IIRC the steps back when I used a PC and the desktop version of Visio). Just to confirm what CRagsdell said above: the (long-awaited!) feature to replace one shape with another was introduced in Visio 2013. Technically, what's happening with the Visio 2013+ Change Shape feature is that you are instructing Visio to change the underlying master on which a shape is based. When you make your choice of a new master, Visio does its best to move all of the shape data, connectivity, and other key attributes from shape X, based on master A, to shape Y, based on master B.<br><br>With Visio 2010 you can only alter the existing shape but can't change the master on which it's based.<br><br>Please give CRagsdell the points for the response but I wanted to add this additional detail.
