Office 365 One Drive priviliges assigned to me are sometimes not showing up!

I have a login to office365 bob@domainAA.com
This is the login and domain where I have privileges to upload, delete, rename, sync, etc. files to my manager’s OneDrive folder..
This morning I logged on and I no longer saw delete, rename, and other OneDrive options available.  I can only upload and download!  My manager did not change my privileges!  So I logged off rebooted and logged back on.  Same thing. My full privileges are not there. I tried another PC.  Everything was fine. All my privileges were shown on the menu and I was able to delete/replace, etc. files in my folders.
What causes this?  How can I fix it?

It sounds like an issue with Cookies in your browser if it is working on an alternate machine. Try clearing your browser cache.

Also, try another web browser that you rarely use, compare between Edge, Firefox or Chrome.
