Yes that's possible, but more than 2/3 of the space in the file is being taken up by Sheet1. That is happening because the formatting for the thin red columns for example in the sheet go all the way down to row 1,048,576 (in Excel 2010), and it might be better to try and do something about that.

Another problem with Sheet1 are the formulas in columns GH to GP. Some other programmer made the choice to use formulas there rather than having a button to do the calculations, and the bad thing about that is that any time a change is made to that sheet and for several other possible reasons, Excel needs to recalculate all those cells and that is 4 columns x 1,048,576 cells = 4,194.304 and that is a lot of cells and it takes a long time.
