Veeam B&R Stuck at Restore VM - No apparent reason why

I've started a Restore Job using Veeam B&R 11.0.0.837. It's Stuck and I don't see why. Any place (logs?) where I can see more details and determine why it's Stuck?
Retry the Job is the simplest solution but I'd like to understand why it's Stuck.

Here is the location of the logs:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/logging.html?ver=110

Btw I can see 1,6TB restored at 4MB/s. This is too low. At that speed, a time over 110 hours is expected.
What jobs are running at that time on the backup server? Or do you perform any operations on the host?

You can export the logs report from File-> Help -> Support Information

Choose the Job you want to have the logs for and in the next window choose the duration:

@Hello There
I'll take a look at the location suggested.

I think 4 is just the speed calculated based on 1,6TB and the time it's running (over 119 hours). Previous Disks were running at 33 and 28.
What jobs are running at that time on the backup server?
The SERVER running the Restore Job and the destination SERVER are almost idle.
Or do you perform any operations on the host?
The Host is almost idle.

Those folks that mentioned the 4MB/Second were spot on:
User generated imageWhat is the backup setup? What is the destination? Is there a network fabric involved?

That's horrible performance. Even ShadowProtect when encrypted does better than that at 25MB/Second.

Our restores from USB3 HDD spinning at 7200RPM/Second run around 110MB/Second to 150MB/second.

Network based restores usually run around 100MB/Second on Gigabit and much higher if the fabric is 10GbE or 25GBE and higher. Backups and restores on those faster fabrics get into GB/Second.

Virtualization

Virtualization is the act of creating a virtual (rather than actual) version of something, including (but not limited to) a virtual computer hardware platform, operating system (OS), storage device, or computer network resources. Virtualization is usually the creation of a system that executes separate from the underlying hardware resources, or the creation of an entire desktop for systems located elsewhere, similar to thin clients.
