Log4j2.xml config file location in eclipse

Hi there,

I am trying to add Log4j2.xml in my eclipse project but for some reason when I put Log4j2.xml file in the resource folder the logger does not work but when I just put it as a file it works. What am I missing, how do I put it in the resource folder.
