asked on

Gmail multifactor authentication - How to

I have a client that is looking to implement multi-factor authentication for their business Gmail Suite.  I am not the person in charge of running the e-mail, but handle all of their remaining IT needs.  I have been asked to work with the person in charge of the Gmail Suite to get them into MFA.  What should I know on this?  Most users use Outlook 2019, but some use webmail.

I only use Exchange/Office 365/Ionos (1&1), and know nothing about Gmail Suite.
