A quick search online shows that you can get the proper replacement keyboard for $60US. &nbsp;Thank you for providing a full model number! &nbsp;There are also videos online to show you how to replace the keyboard so you can determine if it is within your abilities.

Definitely replace the keyboard. You need to fully DISassemble your laptop though, but that also gives you the chance to properly clean the dust that may be clogging up the air ducts/fins.<br><br><br>

We have ASUS ZenBook Pro Laptop.  Model number is:  UX501VW-DS71T.  The operating system is Windows 10  64-bit for home.
There are two problems as follows:
1.  Some of the keys popped out of the keyboard.  We have the broken keys.  These key slots work if they are pressed hard and in certain angle.  Some keys that are intact also don't work unless pressed hard and at certain angle.  
2.  Gets very hot.  Fan runs a lot.  It heats up the room.
What are the solutions?  Are there any cost effective solutions?
