Hi, yes ny DRS is on (Partially Automated). <br><br>Configure EVC requires all Hosts in maintenance mode, am I right? <br><br>I tried with cold migration but even that, the VM was still located in the old Host, not the new one

Yes, I turned on the HA and also disabled the Admission control, then the VM can be "cold" migrated as expected. Many thanks Andrew.<br><br>

Hi, sorry for the late reply. It did not show any error. The task of migration completed successfully but when I turned on the VM, it started on an old Host. I tried to turn off all VMs, put the hosts into maintenance mode and configured EVC but seems like one of the hosts (Silver 4216) was not compatible with EVC intel base line. Then I had to move the VMs to the desired hosts, and turned on the host Silver 4216 later so that VMs did not run on this host. All VMs are on the desired hosts now but this was strange.
