Double check with a DNS lookup, then notify your ISP (assuming that's the DNS server). Also possible, if you see other DNS's working better (8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1), use those instead.
  • What browser are you using to access it?
  •  Do you have any extensions in that browser that could be conflicting?
  • If it works in another browser, but not your primary then try clearing the cache and history a bit then test again.
  • Try a simple restart if your station has not been power cycled in a while
  • What are you using for AV or security software again W10 Defender?
  • Do you have another computer to test on? Or another trusted network to compare against?
  • Regarding W10 updates - are there any other pending ones on the station or its current and the browser version is current automatically updating?
  • Do you see anything helpful in Event Viewer logs?
  • I usually check DownDetector not always 100% accurate, plus the service health page on Microsoft

to all
i use edge - don,'t want others no extensions installed by me
power cycled 3x per day +++ up to date on updates
using Panda Dome
tested on other pc - it was  ok  + + + now it works here too ....? ? ? ?
kimputer  what do i check an d how? in Powershell?  what should i look for or what should it look like ?

what may have happened?
Depending on which site you're at, do
start > cmd
nslookup outlook.com (or wherever you are)
if no result:
server 8.8.8.8 (or 1.1.1.1)
nslookup outlook.com (again).
If no results, it's not a DNS server problem. If results, it IS a DNS server problem. Replace DNS server in your TCP/IP settings.
If no results, either temporarily disable Panda Dome, or fully uninstall. If it suddenly works, it's a rule inside Panda Dome that's blocking the traffic.
