Need CRM features, MINUS outbound emailing
I do not want a convention CRM due to the high monthly cost and low rates of email deliverability. Instead, I have chose SMTP2GO and wold consider Mail Chimp, if I need features not available on SMTP2GO.
But, I need a single repo for customer interactions, this is broader that just emails. It could involve phone calls, personal discussions, text messaging, etc.
What tools should I consider?
I have a Mac and am considering https://www.sendblaster.com/
There is one cost to purchase and no monthly fee. But, it seems too focused on emails. I hope to find something like ActiveCampaign.

Do you have a list of what "customer interactions" you want to track and what reports you want to generate from it?

My customer interactions would be anything you can imagine. Notes from a conversation on the phone, in person, correspondence via Snail Mail, etc.
I always thought a CRM provided this kind of flexibility, and I want to also have this, without needing to hack together other forms of notes and records about the interactions.
Are there tools which dovetail with MailChimp, and the MailChimp API, that can solve this?
