know MS release CBL-Mariner, I know download from here:

but I don't know how to download and install it, any idea?

Don't look like there is another easy way to install CBL-Mariner. Maybe in the future, they will make ISO available for installation.yeah, Ms has political reason to send that out !
I am wait for the moment Windows 10 and 11 will use linux kernal
