disable sonicwall for website testing

I am testing a software that needs to connect to the National Weather Service. It does not connect and I want to eliminate something on the firewall from being the issue.
So, where do I disable the policy of the firewall so I can test it for a few minutes?

Are you testing a cloud service (meaning, unpredictable IP nrs), or a specific site with a unique IP nr?
Why do you expect disabling the Sonicwall will result in other results?
Whitelisting an IP is one way to prevent the Sonicwall's interference. If it's a cloud service where you can't predict the traffic, then just unplug the Sonicwall and use a simple router instead during the testing.
