Best scanner ppm for $500

I notice the best scanners under $500 go up to 35 ppm.  It seems like the next jump to $800 puts me at 60ppm.  Is it possible to find a high speed desktop scanner for $500 that would hit around 50ppm?  Any ideas?

30 ppm colour 300 dpi

Avision Scanner AD345 (N)

ASKER

Yeah. The problem is I don’t know those two brands.  So do I take a chance and spend the money only to have issues.

what's b devices?
this is so far the best name brand I found
Brother ImageCenter ADS-2800W Wireless Document Scanner, Multi-Page Scanning, Color Touchscreen, Integrated Image Optimization, High-Precision Scanning, Continuous Scan Mode, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AD5ESEA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_M8NAQ3EN3GJX0NJTKN16
B-Devices are devices which either have small scatches or damaged packages or similar.
Or just devices returned by to the seller.
But you have to carefully read the description.

Also you can sometimes find good rebates for demonstation devices. If you find the right shop.
But I guess it is difficult for document scanners. In most of the shops you find 100 different printers, bur rarely document scanners.
