I agree with Dr Klahn, if it is a fuse, what caused that? Did the power supply fail? Or did a failure elsewhere cause the power supply to shut down? Without access to most service modules it's unlikely you can fix it. Also, most printers no longer have an accessible fuse; you might have to replace the entire power supply - if you can find one, and if it costs less than a new printer.

Brother printer L2390DW cannot be powered on
