Should [domain]\administrators be in Share Permissions and Security on a Windows Server fileserver?

I'm trying to clean up some issues with DFSR.  There are 3 file servers in DFSR.
I see in two of the three that [domain]\Administrators is included in Share Permissions and in Security.
However, in one file server I'm seeing:
[computername]\Administrators in Share Permissions and in Security.
So that's [computername] instead of [domain]!

I'm thinking for DFSR replication that these all need to be the same.
I've tried to add  [domain]\Administrators on this one fileserver but it isn't recognized at all.

What am I missing and how to fix?
