Lenovo doc does not share the network connection

Hi,
This is Windows 10 an Office 365 environment.
I have 3 screens (laptop and 2 external monitor).
I am using this doc:
Lenovo product
ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Dock Gen 2 – US
P/N: 40AN0135US

Some portion, this doc is working (as I can see the 2 external monitors);
But I can not see the Network connection. I attach the “Device Manager” from my laptop.

Questions:
           Maybe I need to download a driver for the doc; if yes, what kinds of driver is it? where would I get it?

Thanks,

Sorry, this was unclear to me are you stating in the right-hand corner when you're connected the internet connection does not work, or does the network icon status disables or vanishes when you connect to your docking station? Or you cannot see it in Device Manager, as David stated above expand that section as shown in your screenshot. What is showing under that section? Does network access work fine when connected and docked or no, or its simply the status of the connection when docked that's not visible or incorrect? Let us know. Thanks!

If network access is not performing properly nor working when docked nor detected correctly, then I would try my first initial post of suggestions and thoughts to troubleshoot.
