Forgot. Paul mentioned a great one! <strong>Google Slides</strong> I have used too. I have not heavily embedded videos into though nor is it my favorite presentation tool in existence, so wouldn't be able to tell you how well it works but it was definitely the go-to for instructors, professors, etc at Universities and I used it for projects myself too quite a bit when required to do so. It's been a while since I have last used it. I think there are ways or platforms that offer more templates for Google Slides too.<br><br>&nbsp;If you're used to PowerPoint though, then GoogleSlides is quite a good close alternative and not complicated, but with any presentation software or platform you choose out of our suggestions, I highly recommend taking some time to do a trial or demo of one and compare it yourself, there are a lot of free good alternatives to PowerPoint but definitely takes some time to pinpoint which one since there are so many features nowadays.<br><br>I used to use Adobe products a lot more in past roles. I tend to stay away from Adobe suite products nowadays because of the price and there are tons of free or less expensive products to leverage. I used to purchase and maintain Adobe suite licenses, and it definitely took time for team members to learn Adobe products in general and to troubleshoot so you may want to enroll in a quick course if you do decide to choose Adobe Spark through Udemy (EE has an Udemy Partnership for team plans), LinkedIn Learning (has a 1 month free trial), or Skillshare, or even look at tutorials on YT for free.I personally haven't used Adobe Spark but am aware that each tool has a video limitation at times so if you're looking for 10-20 minute videos consider looking up the limit per slide in their KB sections.<br><br>If you're going to tackle a training eLearning course presentation then you may want to consider investing in Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline 360.<br><br><br><br>

I would like to add I noticed Andrew's URL mentions <strong>Visme&nbsp;</strong>in the #1 slot. I recall I once made a <a href="https://support.visme.co/adding-uploading-embedding-videos/#:~:text=To%20add%20a%20stock%20video%3A&amp;text=Select%20the%20Media%20tab%20on,drop%20it%20inside%20your%20canvas." rel="ugc">Visme</a> <a href="https://www.visme.co/" rel="ugc">https://www.visme.co/</a> presentation account a while back but didn't want to pay any fees back then for it, so didn't get an opportunity to test it fully on the limited free account and decided to use Prezi and make my own modified base template for one of my projects, but some of the features appeared to be great for making an engaging presentation that may be one to look a that for sure and they have more templates in the paid version. &nbsp;From a simplicity standpoint overall I would go with <a href="https://www.canva.com/help/article/embed-media" rel="ugc"><strong>Canva</strong></a><strong>, Prezi, or Google Slides, or even&nbsp;</strong><a href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-video-and-audio-files-into-sway-d2f14842-e103-49c0-9da2-0fbcfcad381f" rel="ugc"><strong>Sway</strong>&nbsp;</a>if you're already using Microsoft, but definitely check out some of the other alternatives suggested by fellow Experts too.<br><br>Your focus is on ensuring videos work so definitely test embedding or adding a video first. <strong>Adobe Spark</strong> appears to be widely used so not to say it's not an option you should choose, but definitely look into the limitations in terms of videos and adding media content perhaps with it how that works out overall. One other thing to consider is who needs to watch the presentation and from what devices their mobile etc. as some are only supported on a few platforms now all. I know Adobe Spark's site keeps mentioning "short videos", so will see if I can find the time limit for video content or if one exists per slide.<br><br>One last recommendation, not mentioned is <strong>Piktochart</strong> that I just remembered as well. I was introduced to them a few years back and was checking, they have it appears to offer presentation design now too. I used them once for making an informational graphic page. Your focus is on videos so definitely test embedding or adding a video first and checking the video limitations.<br><br><a href="https://piktochart.com/formats/presentations/<gwmw style=" rel="ugc nofollow"></a>I haven't gotten the opportunity to try Piktochart's presentation options, but will in the near future, still they have a team's demo so maybe one to look too.
