Same way you search SPO files - you enter the site collection URL. There's no easy &quot;select user&quot; method, even after years of asking for such. We have a retention policy that we created in MS 365 that holds the documents of all the users
I notice that our Preservation Hold Library in Sharepoint works whenever a user deletes an item in Sharepoint it goes straight there.  However, if a user deletes a file in their OneDrive, where does it exactly go so that we can find it?
