Windows Server 2008 R2 Updates
MS introduced critical patches at 6th of July, and specially I would like to ask for KB5004951.

KB5004951 is for Windows Server 2008R2, and it can be downloaded from Update catalog.

We did not purchase ESU(Extend support) for 2008R2. Can we apply the KB5004951 without the ESU or it is difficult from point of ESU licenses things?

I got the MSU but when I tried to install (on my last 2008R2) I get the error below:
Could not update the Windows Modules Installer because it isn't available. You have 2 choices:
- Decomission W2008R2, or
- Isolate it entirely in order to minimize the chance it gets violated.
