What happened to my WAMP?

Yesterday I go to do some work on my local box and I see this:

"That doesn't look right," I said to myself.

I go to look at the status of my services and I see this:

Well, that doesn't work.

So, I reboot my computer hoping that whatever is clogging the pipes will right itself, but that doesn't work either.

So, I decide that I probably need to reinstall WAMP, but that's no small task in light of what I have to backup in order to do it right.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this so I can fix what's wrong rather than starting from scratch?
