Windows server time changing automatically everyday at 12:am

Facing issue with our one of the Windows Server 2012 R2 as the time setting getting changing automatically every day at 12 am and my attendance system server connected to the same system getting affected and I am manually changing the system to the current time every day after 12 am.
Please help to diagnose the issue
