Windows 2012 R2 server has a share that users can create folders. &nbsp;How do I prevent the users from saving files to the root of the share? &nbsp;In other words, how do I make it so they must save any files into existing sub folders or create a new one?<br><br>I asked this question once before years ago and received a solution, but the permissions screen for advanced setting are different.

Keep Users from Saving to Root Share

Windows Server 2012 is the server version of Windows 8 and the successor to Windows Server 2008 R2.
