troubleshooting Question
Speaker Volume Stuck at 100%

I would like to know what is causing this problem with my speaker volume getting stuck. When I raise the volume it goes up to 100% and gets stuck at that level and I keep on lowering the volume but nothing happens even the speaker volume interface remains on the screen. The only way to lower the volume is to use the volume knob on my speaker but the interface and the 100% still stuck on the screen. See screen capture. What is causing this issue and what is the solution?
