PowerShell report to flag inaccessible files/folders

Does anyone have a PowerShell script or an alternative suggestion on the most effective way of producing the following report. I need to audit a file share, \\server\share for all files/folders, and report back any which cannot be accessed under the security context of the user running the script, e.g. \\servers\share\folder1 - not accessible to current user.
