Access 2016 VB Code Breakpoints Don't Clear

Hi Experts,

Periodically I set a Brake Point in the code for debugging and then eventually clear it (either by clicking directly on it or selecting Clear All Break Points in the Drop Down on the Ribbon).

However when I run the code sometimes (not all the time) it still stops at the Brake Point.

Is there a specific reason for this happening?  How can I ensure that a Break Point is not still in effect (after doing the above) when the only way to tell is when the code runs and stops on the previously set Break Point?
